Data Analyst

Salary: TBC
Location: Remote

You’ll be a part of a friendly and expanding team of talented engineers, working across the suite of software that powers Looper Insights. Values and culture are extremely important to us, and you’ll help us maintain a great work environment as we grow.


You’ll have an open goal to use the tools of your choice to deliver reporting and optimisation features that help our clients make the most of the data that we collect about their content. This includes trend analysis, regression analysis, ETL, dashboarding and more. No two days will be the same!

What you’ll do

  • Understand what is in our extensive datasets, analyse /transform new and existing data sources, identify and remediate data quality issues and other anomalies.
  • Help us to publicise data insights to maximise the value from our data.
  • Become an expert in the company (and other sources) of data that we hold, be engaged with supporting clients with their queries.
  • Deliver, improve and automate our regular reporting.
  • Act as a key point of contact for insights on company performance and detailed analysis.
  • Proactively investigate data to uncover opportunities to improve client experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Education to degree level within a STEM subject
  • Experience of SQL, in particular, Postgres.
  • Strong experience developing data models and dashboards and using Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
  • You are naturally curious and driven to uncover information from data sets which may not be easy to ascertain.
  • Highly numerate and literate in English. We’re a remote team and communication is extremely important.
  • Proactive and organised. Startup life means constant change and we need people who can learn and get on with things.
  • Experience in media is an added bonus.
