We are seeking a highly motivated individual, with a positive personality and a hunger to learn everything around digital media and the Film and TV VOD business. Must be highly organized and very detailed oriented. The job requires data precision and an ability to communicate and liaise on both technical and marketing aspects of the business.
You will be working daily with the world’s foremost companies in the Film/TV and digital media space from major Hollywood Studios, TV broadcasters and the big glopbal and local Vod stores.
This role is a great opportunity to learn about different areas within the entertainment industry. Your daily duties will be focused on Sales & Marketing to promote the Looper platform and generate leads for the sales team to close.
Prepare marketing materials and sales presentations
Ensure the adherence of the marketing plan and brand guidelines
Work with external partners for content production (such as podcasts, videos, white papers)
Coordinate with PR agencies in regards to press releases and external communication strategy
Track competitors activity and industry trends
Send and track email marketing campaigns
Provide support and training for the business development team
Keep track of new leads and update information on the CRM system
Create sales target listsProvide support in client demos when needed
Oversee the delivery of Film and TV content to digital video platforms
Prepare all materials for content delivery on Amazon, Google Play and iTunes for content delivery
Monitor deliveries status
Use Looper Insights platform to see and manage current titles
Point of contact for operational inquiries
Prepare quarterly financial reports on sales from VoD platforms
Generate Purchase orders and invoices
Updating the Global Avails listings of contentAny other ad hoc tasks
