The most-supported approach, backed by 33% of respondents, was Algorithmic Visibility Obligations. These would require regulated or public-service content to be actively surfaced within recommendation systems. Support was still spread across four frameworks, and executives rated the urgency of regulatory clarity at 4.1 out of 5.
